Our Activities 

The Friends of Allerton Grange Fields are leading live projects and tasks on the themes of Cleaner, Greener, Safer in order to improve the the Fields and surrounding areas.
 
Cleaner
Organising regular Litter Action Mornings to clear litter from Allerton Grange Fields and surrounding streets, including working with local businesses on parade of shops on Lidgett Lane. 
 
Lobbying for the installation of new and replacement litter bins and more frequent street cleansing regime along Lidgett Lane and Talbot Avenue so as to address litter concerns.
 
Greener
Maintain and enhance Allerton Grange Fields (in close partnership with local councillors and Leeds City Council) as an important green open space for the enjoyment of present and future generations to come.  

Create a green and pleasant environment thought establishment of a formal "Allerton Grange In Bloom" group and planting bulbs and trees on Allerton Grange Fields and along Lidgett Lane as part of the community led initiative - Lidgett Lane Gateways
 
Safer
Regular attendance at the monthly Partners and Communities Acting Together (PACT) Meetings arranged by West Yorkshire Police Neighbourhood Policing Team.
